FIND YOUR PARK
In-Park Signage
The National Park Foundation partnered with the National Park Service and corporate sponsors to run the Find Your Park campaign, encouraging park visitation. While the campaign was active, each NPS site received a packet of Find Your Park signage that I designed.
I sourced images of national parks that represented every region in the nation and each type of park. I updated the InDesign files to be more streamlined, so much so that the printer who had handled this project for many years prior to me said, “Well, I just wanted to say they look terrific, and the file formatting on the banner stands was spot on!”
Find Your Park at the NYC Pride Parade
To celebrate 50 years since the 1969 Stonewall riots with Stonewall National Monument, the National Park Foundation took Find Your Park to the 2019 NYC Pride Parade. I designed the banner for the bus; sourcing historic and modern images of Stonewall. The typeface I used is Gilbert, which is a font tributing Gilbert Baker, the designer of the rainbow pride flag. I also designed swag that fit the parade atmosphere for NPF and NPS staff to wear while walking.
